At Lux Nursing Academy, we are committed to cultivating a new generation of compassionate nurses who are dedicated to enhancing healthcare in our community. Our programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to excel in the nursing profession.

Program Director:
Nicole Louris, RN, MSN, CNL
Nicole has been a dedicated registered nurse for 17 years. Her desire for nursing started at an early age of 10 taking care of her grandfather. After graduating high school, Nicole went directly into nursing. She started out by getting her CNA license from Greenville Technical College and continuing there until she got an Associate's degree in nursing. She later continued her education at the University of South Carolina to get both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing in Clinical Nurse Leadership. Nicole has a vast experience in nursing including Med/Surg, Hospice/Transitional Care, ICU, Ortho, home/health, anesthesia, as well as managerial experience of over 10 years.
In additional to being a nurse, Nicole is an interior designer in her spare time. She has two children, Madison and Nicholes, of which her entire life is based upon.

Program Director:
Jalacey Jackson, LPN
Jalacey Jackson is a dedicated healthcare professional, certified wound nurse, and compassionate caregiver with a strong commitment to patient care, education, and personal growth. She began her nursing journey at ECPI University, where she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in 2019. Driven by her passion for advancing in healthcare, she is currently continuing her education to obtain her Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
With experience in wound care nursing, Jalacey has developed specialized skills in patient treatment, healing management, and compassionate bedside care. Her certification and hands-on experience reflect her dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare while advocating for patient comfort and recovery.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jalacey is a proud mother of three active children who participate in extracurricular activities, including competitive sports. Balancing motherhood, career responsibilities, and higher education has strengthened her leadership, resilience, and time-management abilities.
Jalacey is passionate about inspiring others through healthcare, education, and service to the community. She believes in creating a lasting impact by combining clinical excellence with compassion, while continuing to grow personally and professionally in the nursing field.
